At HYPEGIRL, our mission is to empower women through athletic apparel that inspires confidence, celebrates strength, and builds community.

Rooted in resilience and shaped by the spirit of competition, we believe that every woman is an athlete in her own right—on the court, in her career, and in life. We design performance-driven, stylish gear for tennis and pickleball that is infused with motivational messages to remind you of your power—whether you’re playing to win or just showing up for yourself.

HYPEGIRL is more than a brand—it’s a movement. We are committed to supporting women on and off the court, championing mental health awareness, and creating a culture where women uplift each other to reach their full potential.

Founder’s Bio

Caroline – Founder & CEO of HYPEGIRL

"Tennis has been a defining part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent countless hours on the court, learning not just the mechanics of the game but the resilience, discipline, and determination that it demands. My father, a local tennis professional, was my first coach and my greatest mentor, instilling in me both a love for the sport and the life lessons that would shape my future. That passion carried me through years of competitive play, eventually leading me to compete at the Division 1 collegiate level.

But playing a high-level individual sport also came with its challenges. The mental toll of competition, the pressure to perform, and the isolation that can come with elite athletics contributed to my struggles with anxiety and depression. Over time, I found strength in my journey—both on and off the court—and discovered the power of perseverance, self-motivation, and community.

After my college career, I transitioned into the corporate world, gaining invaluable business experience, while also owning and operating a couple of small businesses along the way. But my passion for sports never faded. Now an avid pickleball competitor, I’ve found a new arena to fuel my competitive spirit while balancing life as a mother of two—an everyday challenge that has taught me the true value of multitasking, priorities, and self-care.

HYPEGIRL was born from my desire to bring together my love for sports, business, and empowering women. I wanted to create more than just an apparel brand—I wanted to build a movement that inspires women to feel strong, confident, and motivated in everything they do. Each HYPEGIRL piece carries a hidden motivational message, a small reminder that no matter where you are in your journey, you have the power to push forward.

As a firm believer that business is about people, not just profits, I am deeply committed to fostering a community where women uplift and support one another. Whether it’s through competition, career, or personal growth, I want every woman to feel like she has a team cheering her on.

When I’m not working on HYPEGIRL, you can find me on the pickleball court, traveling, or diving into a great motivational book. I’m competitive, driven, and always looking for the next challenge, but at my core, my mission remains the same: to empower women to be their absolute best.
